About Ash

Hi…It’s Ash. Thanks for meeting me here.

Perhaps you’ve been guided here because you are seeking something.
We all are. In life’s mysterious web, I have noticed that each of us carries a quiet longing — a pull toward answers, meaning, and connection.

For as long as I can remember, I have been asking the same questions that first stirred in me as a child:
“Why are we here?”
“What is the purpose of our existence?”

Along the way, I’ve found glimpses of answers — and just as many new questions — as the layers of life continue to unfold. What I know is this: there is a deepening that happens when we slow down, listen, and open to something greater than ourselves.

This is the heart of my work. I hold space for you to become so curious, so quiet, and so still that your own wisdom can rise to the surface — clear, steady, and ready to walk with you in the path ahead.

You’ve come to the right place & I am so glad that you’re here!

In every breath, there is a possibility of a new reality.

Over time, through the practices of breathwork, somatic inquiry, and aligned action, I’ve begun to see how my thoughts, energy, and resonance with the world around me shape what I create in my life. This awareness has changed everything.

I would be honored to help you find moments like this in your own life — moments of clarity, connection, and deep knowing. Together, we will explore through breath, movement, bodywork, stillness, and contemplative inquiry, allowing your body and spirit to remember what they’ve always known.

A little more of my backstory…

“How did YOU get HERE?”

My Unconventional Path

I’ve always been drawn to the edges — the places where the map fades and the questions get bigger.

I began my career in Occupational Therapy, working with life at both ends of the spectrum — from tiny, fragile first breaths to the quiet grace of the last exhale. But something in me kept listening for a deeper rhythm. I wanted to meet people before the breaking point. I wanted to stand with them at the crossroads of possibility.

So I began to wander — first into yoga, then into the wild territories of plant medicine, and finally into the breath itself. Breathwork became the thread that stitched all the pieces together — my healing, my teaching, my way of meeting the world.

Now I live by the Pacific in Costa Rica, where the ocean rewrites the shoreline every day. My life here is a mix of the things I love most:

Offering breathwork & bodywork sessions that listen to the unspoken language of the body

Writing stories and reflections that help us remember what matters

Supporting in retreat-time where the veil lifts and something new can begin

Rescuing, rehabilitating, and living in the joyful chaos of life with dogs — and taking my next steps as a student of animal-assisted therapies

This is the work and the art of my life: holding space for transformation — in the body, in the breath, in the bond between humans and animals, and in the story we tell ourselves about who we are.

A New Chapter Awaits…

In 2026, my focus turns to unveiling my first book and stepping fully into my creative work. I’ll be working with only a small circle of private clients — those ready to explore the deep edges of transformation through breath, body, and presence.
