Alchemy
March 12-17, 2026
Nosara, Costa Rica
Alchemy is the art of transformation through relationship and time.
It’s what happens after the breakthrough.
Alchemy is an immersive, relational experience designed for people who have already done significant inner work and are now living at a different edge.
This is work that happens after the breakthrough—
after the catharsis,
after the identity shift.
Alchemy is not focused on fixing, healing, or resolving what is broken. It is oriented toward integration: learning how to live what you already know with consistency, presence, and responsibility.

This conversation is essential. It’s where your questions are answered and where we both determine whether this program is truly aligned with your needs, capacity, and intentions.

The Nature of the Work
The work of Alchemy unfolds through time, rhythm, and relationship rather than constant instruction or intervention.
Participants are invited into:
-
Silence and stillness as places of truth, not avoidance
-
Ceremonial work paired with intentional integration
-
Breath and somatic practices that support regulation and embodiment
-
Relational spaces that prioritize listening over performing
Rather than pushing for insight, the container allows patterns to surface naturally—through lived experience, contact, and what arises when nothing is being forced.
What Is Being Cultivated
Alchemy is a practice in embodied leadership.
Not leadership as a role or identity, but as a way of meeting life:
-
Staying present when it would be easier to disengage
-
Holding your own experience without outsourcing responsibility
-
Being in community without fixing, saving, or collapsing
-
Choosing clarity over urgency
This is where leadership becomes quiet, human, and trustworthy.
With Ashley Ludman & Natalie Arachnani
The facilitators of Alchemy bring decades of combined experience in somatic education, breathwork, trauma-informed practice, ceremonial work, and relational facilitation. Each carries a deep respect for the body’s intelligence and the responsibility that comes with holding transformative spaces. Together, they create a grounded, attuned container rooted in integrity, presence, and safety—where participants are supported not through fixing or instruction, but through clear boundaries, embodied leadership, and shared humanity.
Ashley Ludman is a breathwork teacher, somatic practitioner, and facilitator with over two decades of experience guiding individuals and groups through embodied inquiry, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing. Her work is grounded, relational, and rooted in lived experience rather than ideology.
Ash is the founder of The Body of Breath, an online and in-person practice space devoted to breathwork, embodiment, and conscious living. She is also the Global Outreach Coordinator for the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and has been training breathwork facilitators internationally since 2012.
Her approach emphasizes responsibility, integration, and accessibility—supporting people in learning how to live what they know rather than chasing peak experiences. Ash’s work is informed by years of study in breathwork, bodywork, trauma-informed practice, and psychedelic integration, as well as her background in movement and therapeutic touch.
At the heart of her teaching is a commitment to presence, ethical facilitation, and the cultivation of sustainable, embodied leadership—both in personal practice and in community.
Natalie is a somatic teacher, certified trauma therapist, and devoted explorer of the human experience. Her work lives at the intersection of body wisdom, relational truth, and the reclamation of what it means to be deeply human.
A dancer by nature and a woman rooted in embodiment, Natalie moves through life with softness, fluidity, and depth—dancing with wind, swimming in water, raw with fire. Known as Cat’s Eye, she embodies sensitivity alongside wildness, offering spaces where authenticity, presence, and felt experience are central.
Natalie is a certified somatic educator for women and teaches menstrual cycle wisdom, while also addressing the impacts of misogyny and the unhealthy imprints of patriarchal spirituality on the body and psyche. She is dedicated to shame and shadow work, inviting the soma to speak through sensation, movement, and relational contact rather than analysis alone.
Her approach weaves somatic inquiry, tantric elements, conscious relating, and deep listening to body language. Natalie has studied with well-known teachers and has been a keeper of sacred medicines for many years. She is devoted to creating safe, attuned spaces and facilitates retreats internationally with a strong emphasis on integrity, consent, and embodied truth.
Who Alchemy Is For
Alchemy is for people who have already crossed a threshold
and are now asking a different question:
How do I live what I know—consistently, relationally, and embodied?
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about owning who you already are.
This experience is for you if:
-
You’ve already done deep personal work
(medicine, therapy, somatics, spiritual practice, loss, rupture, initiation) -
You are no longer seeking catharsis or constant breakthrough
-
You feel a quiet readiness to step into embodied leadership
-
You can be in silence without dissociating or performing
-
You are curious about aliveness, not intensity
-
You value maturity, humor, and grounded presence
-
You are willing to be in community without fixing, saving, or collapsing
-
You sense that leadership now asks responsibility, not expansion
What This Is Not
Alchemy is designed as an immersive, relational experience for those already grounded in their own process.
To support clarity and alignment, it’s important to name what this experience is not intended to be.
-
This is not a healing retreat focused on resolving acute issues or processing unresolved trauma
-
This is not a training or certification program
-
This is not a therapeutic container or substitute for clinical care
-
This is not an entry-level experience for those new to deep inner work
-
This is not structured around peak experiences or constant activation
Alchemy is oriented toward integration, presence, and embodied leadership — not intervention or instruction.
This immersive experience requires mental and physical health
