The Bodywork Lab
A Space to Explore, Experiment, and Awaken Through Touch + Breath
Tuesdays 2-4pm. October 2025. Casa Zorro, Playa Pelada, Nosara, Costa Rica
The Bodywork Lab is not just a class — it’s a living laboratory. In this intimate 4-session series, you’ll step into a guided space of curiosity where touch, breath, and embodied presence become tools for discovery and transformation. Together, we’ll explore how patterns live in the body, and how listening through touch can open new pathways of awareness and release.
Each Lab is progressive, building on the last, while remaining accessible whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply curious about the dialogue between breath and body.
Space is limited to 8 participants for depth and personal attention.

-
Anyone longing for a space of curiosity, awareness, and transformation.
About Ashley
With over two decades of experience in breathwork, bodywork, and somatic education, Ashley Ludman has guided thousands of people into deeper relationship with their own bodies and patterns. Her approach blends technical precision with intuitive presence, creating spaces that are both structured and exploratory. In The Bodywork Lab, Ashley brings her signature mix of curiosity, embodied awareness, and gentle challenge — inviting you to discover what becomes possible when breath and touch meet.
The Bodywork Lab was born out of decades of listening — to the body, to breath, to the spaces between words.
In my own journey as a breathwork guide, bodyworker, space holder of entheogenic medicines, and teacher, I discovered that the most profound learning doesn’t come from following a script or a rigid technique. It comes from stepping into a space of curiosity, where breath leads, touch listens, and the body reveals its own wisdom.
I began creating these laboratories as places of experimentation and play — containers where we can test, feel, and witness what happens when presence becomes the method. Over the years, these explorations became the backbone of how I teach. The Labs are now a living practice, where we meet in the field of discovery and repatterning.
They are not about doing it “right.” They are about leaning into what is possible when we listen more deeply.

Beyond the Laboratory: The Leader Circle
The Bodywork Laboratory is just one doorway into the deeper work. For those ready to expand their practice into facilitation and leadership, The Leader Circle offers a 9-month mentorship pathway towards credentialing with GPBA.
Inside, you’ll learn to guide others with confidence, clarity, and care — blending trauma-informed breathwork, somatic inquiry, and the art of holding transformative space.
Reflections from the Lab
“As someone who relies on maintaining a strong physical capacity, I really need the bodywork I receive to be effective on multiple levels. A treatment with Ashley always gives me the sensation of having been pretty much reset and retuned in the best way possible.” Katy C.
