Alchemy Breathwork Facilitator Training
A 40-hour immersive training in somatic breathwork, rebirthing breath, bodywork foundations, Belly 2 Belly relational work, practitioner conditioning, and practicum for 1:1 facilitation.
July 17-23, 2026
Nosara, Costa Rica
Alchemy Breathwork Facilitator Training is for practitioners, space holders, and emerging facilitators ready to develop the embodied skills required for 1:1 breathwork work.
This training is designed to prepare students not only to guide breath, but to regulate themselves, track the body, work relationally, and hold one-to-one sessions with greater clarity, safety, and skill.
Core Training Pillars

Somatic Breathwork
Work with the breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and emotional processing. Learn how to guide breath in a way that supports safety, pacing, and integration.

Rebirthing Breath
Explore continuous breath as a pathway into deeper emotional release and subconscious patterning. Understand how to support intensity without overwhelming the system.

Bodywork Foundations
Develop hands-on skills to support the body during sessions. Learn key contact points, decompression principles, and how touch can assist regulation and integration.

Belly 2 Belly
Train relational presence, attunement, and co-regulation. Learn to track subtle cues and work directly with another person in a grounded, responsive way.

Practitioner Conditioning
Build the internal capacity required to hold 1:1 sessions. Strengthen regulation, boundaries, and the ability to stay present under pressure.

Practicum
Practice real facilitation with guidance and feedback. Learn how to structure and lead a 1:1 session from intake through integration.
More than a breathwork training
Most breathwork trainings focus on technique.
This training prepares you for what actually happens in the room.
You’ll learn how to work with the body—not just the breath.
How to track activation, regulation, and subtle shifts in real time.
How to use touch appropriately and effectively.
And how to stay present when sessions become intense, emotional, or unpredictable.
The emphasis is not on performance.
It’s on capacity, discernment, and embodied skill.
Who This Training Is For
This training is designed for practitioners who want to bring breathwork into 1:1 sessions in a grounded and skillful way.
It is well suited for:
Coaches, bodyworkers, and facilitators expanding their offerings
Therapists and healing arts practitioners integrating somatic approaches
Breathwork practitioners ready to deepen beyond group facilitation
Individuals committed to developing real practitioner capacity
Who This Training Is NOT For
This training is not designed for casual exploration or passive learning.
It is not a fast-track certification or a purely theoretical program.
Participants should be willing to:
Engage experientially
Practice relationally
Receive feedback
Take responsibility for their own process.
If you’re looking for something light or purely informational, this won’t be the right fit.
What You Will Leave With
A clear framework for facilitating 1:1 breathwork sessions
Understanding of both somatic and rebirthing approaches
Foundational bodywork skills to support integration
Increased confidence in tracking breath and nervous system states
Greater practitioner presence, boundaries, and ethical clarity
Supervised practicum experience
