Along the way, I’ve found glimpses of answers — and just as many new questions — as the layers of life continue to unfold. What I know is this: there is a deepening that happens when we slow down, listen, and open to something greater than ourselves.
Today, I support individuals, facilitators, and leaders through breathwork, bodywork, retreats, mentorship, and nervous system healing practices that help bridge the gap between insight and embodiment.
Thank you for finding your way here. Perhaps you’ve been guided here because you are seeking something. We all are. In life’s mysterious web, I have noticed that each of us carries a quiet longing — a pull toward answers, meaning, and connection.
For as long as I can remember, I have been asking the same questions that first stirred in me as a child:
“Why are we here?”
“What is the purpose of our existence?”
Over time, I felt called beyond traditional healthcare and into deeper explorations of healing, human potential, movement, breath, and consciousness.
Yoga led me to somatic work.
Somatic work led me to breathwork.
Now I live by the Pacific in Costa Rica, where the ocean rewrites the shoreline every day. My life here is a mix of the things I love most:
Offering breathwork & bodywork sessions that listen to the unspoken language of the body
Writing stories and reflections that help us remember what matters
Supporting in retreat-time where the veil lifts and something new can begin
Rescuing, rehabilitating, and living in the joyful chaos of life with dogs — and taking my next steps as a student of animal-assisted therapies
This is the work and the art of my life: holding space for transformation — in the body, in the breath, in the bond between humans and animals, and in the story we tell ourselves about who we are.
In 2026, my focus turns to unveiling my first book and stepping fully into my creative work. I’ll be working with only a small circle of private clients — those ready to explore the deep edges of transformation through breath, body, and presence.

From the moment I met Ashley, I knew I wasn’t standing before just a yoga or breathwork teacher. I was standing before a guardian of invisible portals. In my search for eternal truth, she was the first to hold me with quiet power. In every session, her hands feel woven from threads of another dimension — light like breath, steady like earth. There is no fear in journeying through the breath with Ashley, because her presence invokes a deep-rooted safety, the kind that cannot be taught — only embodied.

Ashley has been the kind of mentor and teacher I’ve always wanted but didn’t think existed. The kind I always imagined a real mentor was: someone that you really work alongside like an apprenticeship. Someone that knows you well and where your challenge areas are from the close contact and oversight that they have of you. Someone that cares about you and your growth. Someone that supports you when you need to be nudged or met where you’re at. Someone that really shows you the ropes in a way that you can’t get from a text book or lecture. You know, how mentorship’s and apprenticeships must have looked like in the old days and in tribes

Through weeks of yoga training and breakwork that back pain lifted. Through moment of my body and breath I was finally able to grasp what she had repeated so many times during our training, "the answers lie within you, you are your best teacher." She was right and I learned through developing my own bag of tools to deal with it that the answers lie within each of us.
