I am opening a limited number of private sessions in Boston for those who want grounded, attuned support through the body, the breath, and the nervous system.
These sessions are designed to help you unwind held patterns, restore connection, and create space for deeper regulation, clarity, and embodiment.

This work bridges body-based therapeutic support, breath awareness, nervous system attunement, and intuitive hands-on guidance. Each session is tailored to the person in front of me.
We may work with breath patterns, held tension, emotional residue, energetic fatigue, structural compensation, or the deeper stories living in the body.
The aim is not performance. The aim is relationship: with your body, your signal, your truth, and your capacity to feel more present inside yourself.
I am making a brief stop in Boston and opening a small window for private sessions during that time. Because I work internationally and am not often in the area, this is a chance to receive support in person while I am there.
If you have been wanting focused space for recalibration, integration, or deep body-based support, this is that opportunity.
A focused session for recalibration, nervous system support, and targeted bodywork/breathwork integration.
This is ideal if you want a powerful reset within a shorter container.
A deeper session with more room to unwind patterns, follow the body’s pacing, and allow the work to open more fully.
This is ideal if you want a more immersive experience.
Click the “Request a Session ” link to send an email with your time and length of session preferences between April 29 and May 2.
Choose your session length and place a deposit to reserve your space.
You will receive confirmation via email along with an intake form and preparation details after booking.
The deposit holds your space and confirms your intent to book during this limited Boston schedule.
No. The session is adapted to your body, your experience level, and what feels appropriate on that day.
These sessions are for people seeking grounded support through the body and breath—whether for stress, transition, emotional processing, regulation, reconnection, or reset.

From the moment I met Ashley, I knew I wasn’t standing before just a yoga or breathwork teacher. I was standing before a guardian of invisible portals. In my search for eternal truth, she was the first to hold me with quiet power. In every session, her hands feel woven from threads of another dimension — light like breath, steady like earth. There is no fear in journeying through the breath with Ashley, because her presence invokes a deep-rooted safety, the kind that cannot be taught — only embodied.

Ashley has been the kind of mentor and teacher I’ve always wanted but didn’t think existed. The kind I always imagined a real mentor was: someone that you really work alongside like an apprenticeship. Someone that knows you well and where your challenge areas are from the close contact and oversight that they have of you. Someone that cares about you and your growth. Someone that supports you when you need to be nudged or met where you’re at. Someone that really shows you the ropes in a way that you can’t get from a text book or lecture. You know, how mentorship’s and apprenticeships must have looked like in the old days and in tribes

Through weeks of yoga training and breakwork that back pain lifted. Through moment of my body and breath I was finally able to grasp what she had repeated so many times during our training, "the answers lie within you, you are your best teacher." She was right and I learned through developing my own bag of tools to deal with it that the answers lie within each of us.
